H Nordic Exergy Limited is the group holding company, incorporated in Ireland. HNordic is the trade name under which it operates. For each country we do business in, we establish a local operational subsidiary — rooted in the markets it serves, compliant by design.
Each portfolio operates through a defined structure: a portfolio holding company sits above a set of property SPVs — one per asset — and a single energy SPV that owns and operates the energy infrastructure across the portfolio. The energy SPV pays rent to each property SPV, becoming a long-term contracted tenant. The two income streams are ring-fenced in separate legal entities from the outset.
