Thomas brings twenty-five years of enterprise systems experience to the financial and commercial architecture of HNordic — with a career that spans Deutsche Bank, major US and UK financial institutions, and twelve years leading large-scale technology programmes across three continents. He has worked inside the structures that move serious capital, and he understands what makes an asset investable, transferable, and worth acquiring.
At HNordic, he designs the financial structures that turn integrated energy infrastructure into a distinct and compelling asset class — separating value streams deliberately so that property investors and energy investors each participate on terms that match their mandate. His focus is the intersection where capital, infrastructure, and long-term energy economics converge into something that compounds.

Company structure
H Nordic Exergy Limited is our group holding company, incorporated in Ireland. HNordic is the trade name under which it operates. For each country we do business in, we establish a local operational subsidiary -- ensuring the business is properly rooted in the markets it serves, compliant by design rather than as an afterthought.
Every project is executed through a dedicated SPV, fully ring-fenced from the rest of the group. Separate assets, separate liabilities, and clear governance in every case. It is a structure built for investor confidence -- strong asset backing and unambiguous separation, project by project.
